Notes: The 230 and 400 contain no audio. Its dynamically extracted from the 1024k file
The audio can also be stored in a separate file altogether (.isma) and muxed when required. By providing seperate manifests it should be possible to use the 1024 video with a 64k or 94k audio stream, for example, but this is not currently possible and on their to-do list
The .mp4 is a reference file only and is expanded on-the-fly when downloaded
* The encrypted version is generated from a separate directory at the moment, due to a single manifest per directory limitation with the current verison
